About Us

Refugee JumpStart Coaching  is a US nonprofit organization, established in May 2021 by a Syrian refugee and a Leadership Coach from Los Angeles, that aims to kickstart the careers of refugees by providing personalized virtual coaching sessions.

The organization primarily serves English-speaking, educated refugees with substantial work experience who were compelled to leave their homelands for safety, representing diverse countries such as Syria, Afghanistan, and more

Our Coaches

Our global cadre of experienced coaches and mentors volunteer their time and experience to help refugees reestablish their careers—and lives—in their new countries of resettlement. Our coaches come with expertise in Leadership, Wellness, and Life Coaching, Human Resources, Learning & Development and Talent Management, among other fields. They assist our clients in setting clear, short term and long term career objectives, identifying and their strengths, and developing an effective, actionable job search strategy.
